In the wake of the merger, Madhura aligned the employment conditions and compensation model in no time together with her teams. She created a platform for the executive board to win all employees for the new company with a personal note. Within 3 years we designed together the transformation of the corporate and leadership culture, embedded the values in leadership instruments, exchanged the executive board and drove forward the initiatives to become an attractive employer. She has moreover built a highly motivated and powerful team, modernized and digitized the HR world and implemented strategic HR topics. She is a very valuable and inspiring sparring partner to me and a committed member of my management team. We have moved a lot in these challenging times.
